I should have checked the docket again the other day when updating the saga of the Crunch Berries litigation. As I noted on Friday, the plaintiff had moved for reconsideration of the judge's decision to dismiss her case without leave to amend. That motion was filed on June 1.
It was denied on June 5, in a brief order stating that the judge had reviewed the motion and found that "[n]o grounds justifying reconsideration have been presented."
Plaintiff has until July 5, 30 days from entry of judgment, to appeal to the Ninth Circuit. You, however, can visit Crunch Island immediately.
