Radar Online reports that Casey Anthony, who is officially not a murderer, was recently sued for three billion dollars by a plaintiff who claimed Anthony has been inflicting emotional distress on her through a variety of nefarious means. Technically, this was not actually a lawsuit even during its lifespan of approximately 24 hours, because the plaintiff never filed a complaint. Instead, the plaintiff filed a two-page document purporting to seek a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction (and also the $3 billion, of course). But as the judge noted in dismissing the case, you gotta file a complaint to start a civil action in federal court.
Certainly this case had a few other potential problems:
Casey Anthony is an Illuminati actress who was used the summers of 2009-2011 to mock and harass my current cirumstances. Casey Anthony and Nancy Grace are working in cahoots with one another to fill the media with propaganda so that American Citizens believe there is Justice in this country…. Casey Anthony called my house [in] August of 2011 and … let me know that my left eye would be stabbed out as a part of the Illuminati symbolism. She also told me that the government was going to find a way to tap into my water pipes and poison my water supply. I was terrified to shower and drink water for months…. I took a flight all the way to Chicago just so I could take a shower away from my house.

Plaintiff just wants victims compensation for the emotional and psychological terror Casey Anthony has inflicted on to her life.
[Sic.] You get the idea.
The plaintiff identifies herself as “Naomi Riches, d/b/a Naomi Leatherman,” but based on the last name and the general style, I’m going to surmise this is actually the latest project of serial litigant Jonathan Lee Riches. It could be a copycat, because this one is shorter and, to be honest, less creative than many of JLR’s previous works, such as the complaint in June that accused Kim Kardashian and Kanye West of being affiliated with al-Qaeda. (He learned this after stumbling upon a terrorist training camp that for some reason was located “deep in the hills” of West Virginia. The two celebs allegedly “performed a concert for [the] al-Qaeda members and shot AK-47s in the air.”) So maybe this one isn’t his, or maybe he is just a little tired after filing maybe 5,000 lawsuits in the last eight years.
On the other hand, there is at least a flash of genius in the allegation that Casey Anthony and Nancy Grace are “in cahoots.” So it could be the master at work.
