For those wondering about the lack of posts for the last couple of weeks, I can only hope that the headline at least partially answers any questions you may have.

For me the highlights of the trip (to Barcelona and points nearby) were the Salvador Dalí museum in Figueres and his home and workplace in Cadaques. I very briefly thought the door handle above was an example of his legendary sense of humor but it turned out that the door did not, in fact, lead to Dalí’s house.

It appears that a lot of stupid stuff happened in my absence, so I will try to get caught up on some of that this week.
