I guess that's fair, although (having ruled out torture enhanced interrogation) how I might use a touch-screen induction cook top to fight terrorism is not clear to me. I guess I could make omelettes or bacon or something to attract people so they can be educated and prepared for homeland security. We know that's a valid purpose, and it's cheaper than the other options.
