This isn’t about the Shriners, whose demands are typically valid and for a good cause.
The sentence at the end of the proceedings was much worse, in a different way.
Tip: No winning legal argument will ever begin with these words.
In this edition: Washington’s Sasquatch bill, three jailed legislators, one jailed sovereign citizen, and a tantalizing message regarding a 13-year-old story about a man in a chicken suit.
Another good reason not to give him any money.
